At Layton Family Medicine, we embrace and practice patient-centered care and we strive to provide all of our patients with the best possible medical care. We encourage each patient to take an active role in their healthcare. We believe that in addition to helping patients when they are sick, we can and should help guide them in making healthy choices for preventive care.
We try to accommodate our patient's busy lives by offering Urgent Care hours Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Sunday 10:00am - 2:00pm We are now accepting new patients and same day appointments.
We are also pleased to announce that our sister clinic, Layton Specialty Clinic is located downstairs. They are available to see internal medicine and urology patients.

We are now seeing patients at our new location, 2950 North Church Street, Suite 200. We are located directly behind Maverick in the new Layton Medical Complex.
